It's inevitable in any business, especially this one. I've been lied to, talked about, had good songs stolen and on and on. But, you move on and treat people with fairness and leave the negative stuff behind. Like they say "there's no business like Show Business". I won't be stopped as long as I am in the land of the living!

Your boss takes your idea and runs with it? Well, now you should know more about him, eh? Next time you get a good idea, don't give him any details unless he's willing to negotiate. What you should have learned is that he's greedy, and because of that, he'll want more. At this point, at the very least, you'll have his attention if he thinks he'd benefit from another one of your ideas. Ok, so now the ball is in your court. Otherwise, find a new boss - one that's willing to work with you, not off of you. And then if you rise above it all, the old boss will be feeling the wounds from his own Karma, perhaps thinking about how much he would've gained had he been fair with you. If not, faggettaboutit. He's an idiot - move on! What's that old cliche? "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me"

WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE, INCLUDING ME, IS TO REMEMBER THAT WE CAN NOT CHANGE WHAT HAPPENED IN THE PAST. LEARN YOUR LESSONS FROM YOUR MISTAKES AND TAKE KNOWLEDGE AND COUNSEL IN THE FACT THAT THE FUTURE CAN BE WHAT WE MAKE IT. JUST SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE IN GOD AND YOU CAN'T GO WRONG. BE WILLING TO GO TO WORK UNTIL IN HAPPENS.

THE MUSIC WORLD IS A DIFFERENT STORY ALTOGETHER.
"OVER THERE"IT'S WHO YOU KNOW OR WHO YOU BL..".
CERTAINLY NO OFFENSE TO YOU OR WHAT YOU'RE DOING.
THE PLAYING FIELD HAS LEVELED...WE JUST DON'T KNOW WHO THE NEW PLAYERS ARE OR WHAT THE GAME IS ANYMORE.

On the Contrary George, Smaller companies are the largest employers, and tend to make the most pleasant work place because they tend to appreciate their employees. Big companies (except Google) take you for Joke. For example, the big record labels have merged with thatspace, to give away music for free, even their own signed artist. They make their money on the advertising revenue generated by people coming to listen to the music for free. For that reason, they want you there, to share your music for free, while they get paid for advertising. There is no need to sign anyone, and who cares if "their own" artist sell a CD, or download, cause, they are getting paid for the traffic. But, most artist do not realize that the more you lay on Thatspace and other sites with their phony gimmicks wasting your time, driving advertisers to their site while you are trying to get a Vote, for some nonsense, no one is taking you seriously any more. That is why Most of you cannot make it in this Business. Those are gimmicks but you don't get it. You get excited over the gimmick but you don't get paid. They do. Moiko Records could do the same thing, but, I think the Creator of the Music deserves to be paid for his/her intellectual property like everybody else who work in this business.
