When Barack Obama started his run for the white house the Major players, senators, and so own, from African American Communities did not support him. Some of them were just plain ignorant and said he couldn't win. White people were the ones who stood with him from day one. So, Now, they gave his Joe Lieberman a little spanking, Shouldn't these leaders get a spanking too! After all When Barack Obama was down and out, (so they thought) Nobody Knew him.
I agree Moiko, I only knew a little about Obama. As time went on I read up on him and yes black people wasn't on board. I think that was because we(black people) have been so skeptical in the past of our black man making the cut..it led us to believe "what can change". We tend to hate to be disappointed but disappointed, we may be, but we still continue to hold our heads up and keep trying and never stop believing in God that everything is possible through Him. My comment is to never count someone out until the "Fat lady sings". Never accept the lesser when you have your hopes and dreams! Let them pass on the spanking Moiko, the proof was in the pudding!
