- First and foremost before the all hype on who I am...Thanks to God for all the blessing he has bestowed on me. Lord you have certainly been better to me than I have been to myself and I thank you for every breath that I take. Thanks also to my family and true friends that have supported me from day one. Before I became Azoghn, before I became the princess, before my space you all were there and I love you for it! Now without further adue!!!! Azoghn was born in Aiken, SC. She is the oldest of five siblings. Three of them are entertainers. She began singing in church at a very young age. According to her mother she came out of the womb singing. Azoghn doesn't recall at what age she started singing, but does not ever remember not singing. During her childhood years she was trained in the art of ballet, tap, and jazz dancing and also played the piano. Over the years she has never given up on her aspirations of being a successful singer, songwriter, and performer. In the past she has attempted to sing with a group but soon came to realize that this was not for her. After toiling with the ups and downs of waiting on others to fulfill her dream, she ventured into a solo project. Teaming up with Westblake Productons she completed her first project entitled Not Like This. With the help of several new and long time friends in the music industry assisting her in this project it takes on a flavor all its own, hence the name. It ranges from Hip Hop, R&B and Jazz with a little something for everyone. The album is now being sold on line, locally, as well as worldwide thanks to promoting and distribution by Get Real Records.My sophmore album will be coming soon entitled JUS B.A.D. it encompasses beats and production by BIZZO BEATS, and songs written by Azoghn and/or co written by Dino from TRU 2 LYFE.
