What art means to me
I am an artist. I love the Literary Disciplines. Poetry, Fiction, and Essays. And I also like writing for the stage. I love art. Of all types. And I recognize that the artist is the living, evolving, time capsule of our existence. The Oral, Visual, and Literary Traditions keep us grounded to our past. They form the foundations from which mankind catapults itself into the future. What the artist envisions today, the scientist pursues tomorrow. That's just how important art is. That's why I invest so much of myself into art and artists. That's what drives me, motivates me... makes me tick.
