Recess is Over
It's fun having a dream. It's fun working toward that dream. And it is most wise to dream of things that you enjoy. My vision is one of sharing my thoughts with the world in the form of Spoken Word with smooth jazz accompaniment. In my dream I counsel, cajole, and caress the minds of women of all ages, all races, all nations, and all beliefs. I dream of conquering the plateau that exists above the physical. It's the mind that I seek to commune with. On a transcendental level. And when I'm pursuing my dream, recess is over... I don't have time to play. I'm working, researching, studying, and testing different concepts and theories about the greatest challenge known to man... the mind of a woman. I enjoy what I'm doing but it is not play. It's my quest, my Holy Grail, my Quixote's windmill, my Ponce de Leon's fountain of youth all rolled into one. My life will be a reflection of my success in this endeavour. My legacy is in the creation stage and my vision is the artist. Consequently, I am serious about what I do. Committed to doing what I am doing. And determined to succeed.
